the location proved ideal as it was near the train station and within walking distance to various shops and eateries. the staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating. i found the rooms to be quite comfy and the overall atmosphere very cute. i appreciated the easy access to transportation.
i found that the hotel lacked a bar fridge in the room, which would have been beneficial for keeping drinks cool.

the location is pretty convenient.. it is near shops and takeaways.
my room needed some serious attention. there was leakage staining on the ceiling, so i hoped it would not start pouring. also, the room was hot even with the provided fan, but i found the window opened right into the hallway.. not exactly fresh air.

The staff was helpful! They upgraded my double room to a king size bed, though I hadn't asked for it. I think the stay provided good value for money. The staff and owners were kind, this made the stay more personal
The room seemed very small and outdated. The window faced the patio and other windows, I felt a lack of privacy. No tea or coffee was provided and the cups were dirty.

Really good Stay with Fantastic Staff

The staff were lovely, and they addressed all needs promptly. I received a king size bed although I booked a double. This seemed like a significant upgrade. This stay provided really good value. I will definitely be back.

mixed feelings about this stay
damp odorsecurity issue
The room had a noticeable damp odor. It made it difficult to relax. twice other guests were able to enter our room using their key cards. This raised serious security concerns. when i reported this security issue to the staff, i received no assistance. Their lack of response was disappointing.
