The staff showed really good friendliness and helpfulness. Their english skills were excellent. breakfast featured daily changes to the main dish and offered a charming buffet selection. our spacious, clean room offered a nice city view, coupled with a perfect location for exploring nearby attractions on foot.

I found the hotel's decor a bit outdated. There was a slight damp smell in the rooms.

The front desk staff provided assistance with tour bookings and transportation arrangements, which i found helpful. staff members spoke fluent english, they made communication very easy and answered all our questions promptly. I was delighted.

My room felt a bit outdated. the bathroom had some cleanliness issues. I saw mold in the shower. also, the air conditioning wasn't great. It struggled to keep the room cool, annoying at night.

Wonderful stay near train street

I found the location superb, close to the train street. The staff were kind and helpful. They made arrangements for airport pickup. Breakfast was a generous spread including fruit, alongside a cooked item. My room was spacious. It was perfect for my short stay.

The facilities are a bit older. The room was quite basic.

The hotel staff was helpful and. They provided great local recommendations, including a hidden speakeasy. The room was spacious enough for our group. An elevator eased luggage transport, and the strong air conditioning kept us comfortable.
