l'occitane bathroom products quality hotel slippers beautiful gardens poor housekeeping service breakfast food water refill
the room had l'occitane bathroom products! i really enjoyed the quality hotel slippers. the gardens were beautiful too. the staff were helpful and professional!
The housekeeping service was not great! i asked every time for them to mop the floor. i also had to ask to fill up the water and coffee. to bring soap. the breakfasts were not good either. The food was disappointing.

limited options poor food
I stayed here some time ago. the breakfast fell short of expectations. The options seemed limited. they also only provided one coffee per guest, but the room was not serviced adequately, i always had to ask to mop the floor. i don't recommend the breakfasts. The food isn't good.

helpful staff fine pool unexpected surprise healthy choices
I adored the helpful staff. They were attentive. the pool area was a haven, complete with sun-beds. our room upgrade was a lovely, unexpected surprise. breakfast featured an amazing array of options, including healthy choices.
The sauna and jacuzzi now require an extra fee. This surprised me a bit.
