The included breakfast offered many choices. location was great. Rosebank mall was close. the hotel provides a free shuttle, a plus. the room was quite clean.
my room had an outdated air conditioner. the bathroom felt small.

rosebank mall is a short walk away, around eight minutes. a police station across from the hotel increased my feeling of safety. the scheduled shuttle to the mall runs frequently.

service misses the mark, room has issues
broken air conold shower
i must say, my experience was a bit of a letdown. the room was clean at first glance, but then i noticed the air conditioning wasn't working properly. also, the shower was quite old. water sprayed everywhere, i might as well have taken a bath in the whole bathroom.

the staff was very helpful. they let me book a taxi to the airport at the front desk. i could also use the free shuttle. the breakfast was delicious, and eggs were cooked as i want it.
The pool was unavailable . I did not get to try it.
