Solid stay near the hospital

The hotel is just six minutes from the hospital, a very convenient location for my visit. i requested a quiet room and got one that was so nice. i did not hear a sound from other guests. the bed was comfortable.
The bedroom was freezing when i checked in. i feel the heating could have been on a timer, it would be a nice touch.

The staff were attentive and well trained. The reception team was always available. All members encountered were courteous and genuine in their interactions. Service was flawless.

Breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. Dinner in the Curry House was good. Breakfast was hot, plentiful, and tasty. i noticed they had a gluten free selection with its own separate toaster.

There is plenty of parking at the hotel. The room had air-conditioning. A supermarket is next to the hotel. The floor was covered with carpet making it comfortable to walk.

the reception during check-in was good. the room had a nice, comfortable bed and a quiet atmosphere. there was a good tv. i could log into my netflix account. i also found the staff friendly and the food good!
i booked a lifestyle suite, but it seemed like it was missing furniture. there was a tiled corner with no clear purpose. a large table had only one chair, and power sockets were not nearby.

The heating system did not work properly, and I found this to be a problem. The room was either too hot or too cold. There was no in-between. The front desk said they would address it, but nothing changed so it was hard to sleep well. the Curry House food was far too spicy. The menu said there was one chili, but I believe there were 20. I couldn't eat the curry.

The triple room had loads of space for everyone. The rooms and the hotel itself were super clean. The breakfast the next morning was very good.
The bedroom was FREEZING when I checked in. I had to leave my table to get juice. On three occasions when I returned, my table had been cleared away of all cutlery and food I had started to eat.
