the hotel provided free parking. staff were helpful and friendly. i easily got a taxi to town and back. the room was airy.

wonderful experience!
comfortable bed quiet atmosphere friendly staff
the reception during check-in was good. the room had a nice, comfortable bed and a quiet atmosphere. there was a good tv. i could log into my netflix account. i also found the staff friendly and the food good!
i booked a lifestyle suite, but it seemed like it was missing furniture. there was a tiled corner with no clear purpose. a large table had only one chair, and power sockets were not nearby.

the hotel is situated close to the city. this makes it easy to access various attractions, shops, and restaurants. the convenience of this location added significantly to my overall positive experience!

the staff was really helpful and gracious! one of them, shonima, was particularly quick in helping when a water glass broke in the bathroom. the quick and efficient response really stood out.

faulty heating overspiced curry
The heating system did not work properly, and I found this to be a problem. The room was either too hot or too cold. There was no in-between. The front desk said they would address it, but nothing changed so it was hard to sleep well. the Curry House food was far too spicy. The menu said there was one chili, but I believe there were 20. I couldn't eat the curry.

The breakfast was decent and tasty.
The room I got was nothing special. It felt dated and not very well-kept. The heating didn't work properly, and the front desk didn't seem to care much about my complaints (which was frustrating).

The triple room had loads of space for everyone. The rooms and the hotel itself were super clean. The breakfast the next morning was very good.
The bedroom was FREEZING when I checked in. I had to leave my table to get juice. On three occasions when I returned, my table had been cleared away of all cutlery and food I had started to eat.
