Soniat House, located behind Chartres Street doors, features king or queen bedded Suites. Most suites include Jacuzzi bathtubs and French doors with access to courtyards. Deluxe Rooms include hand-selected furnishings, custom queen beds, contemporary art, and bright modern bathrooms. Bathrooms are thoughtfully designed and recently updated with glass shower doors and antique nickel fixtures. Features a four-poster bed or canopy bed, a seating area with desk and a telephone in the bedroom and bathroom. Designer bath toiletries are provided.

The standard breakfast includes a hand-delivered tray of fresh-baked biscuits, homemade strawberry jam, orange juice, and café au lait. Additional breakfast items such as yogurt, gluten-free toast, boiled eggs, fresh fruit, or hot and cold cereals are available.
