The floors needed better cleaning. I resorted to wearing socks . This was not ideal.

I found the free shuttle service to Universal parks very helpful and punctual. My room was spacious, and the kitchen had many utensils, a pleasant surprise! The staff was consistently nice. It was nice I encountered the employees. The pool area was clean, spacious, and had always available towels.

The AC unit in my room was quite noisy.

My One-Bedroom King Suite had comfortable beds and a functional layout. I liked the provided fridge and freezer, microwave, two-ring hob, toaster, and coffee machine. Regular cleaning occurred every three days for towels. every seven days for a full clean.

The pool area was clean with readily available towels, I never had issues. The fitness center had a sufficient variety of equipment. I thought the complimentary breakfast offered a satisfying start to the day.

The on-site Starbucks offered a convenient coffee and snack option, I frequented it. The breakfast buffet featured standard options, I thought it was adequate. Several restaurants were easily accessible nearby, it was a welcome bonus.

The state of cleanliness was unacceptable. I found noticeable dirt on the floors. limited kitchen accessories proved problematic. furthermore, i experienced a persistent musty smell in the room throughout my stay.

The location was convenient. Icon park was right across the street.

The room floor was visibly dirty. I don't think it was ever washed. i tried wiping it with a towel and it was filthy! also, there was a pervasive stink of chlorine. The windows didn't open for fresh air.
