plentiful buffet comfortable beds central location
I appreciated the plentiful breakfast buffet. IT had a fantastic variety of foods. The beds were really comfortable and came with many pillows. The hotel's location was great. It was an easy walk to the historical center.
The water pressure fluctuated when other guests flushed toilets. It briefly became SCALDING.

helpful staff good advice varied food
I enjoyed my time here. The hotel staff was attentive and helpful with directions. I found Elmer especially helpful when I needed assistance with my luggage. Maritza answered my questions about local attractions. She gave good advice. We also liked the lavish breakfast and the varied food options available each morning.
The walls are thin. I could hear noise from the hallway ONE night.

mixed feelings about the stay
temperature control poor sleep
the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions without difficulty.
the room lacked proper temperature control i found it difficult to sleep well i suspect the ac was turned off at night it became too hot despite removing the bedding covers this was frustrating i expected better for the price.
