helpful staff spa massage laundry service automatic heater narrow street small room

the staff were SO helpful arranging taxis and storing luggage, amazing. i appreciated the SPA massage, it was so relaxing after a long day. they have laundry services, it costs 10 soles per kilo.

the heater seemed to turn off automatically early in the morning, so that wasn't nice. the street location made taxis complicated and difficult, it's a very narrow street. our room was really small, sadly.

charming stay with attentive service

i found the staff attentive. they provided a hot water bottle each night. the staff helped with every need i had. they even prepared a sandwich and fruits since i left early for a tour and missed breakfast.

the street is somewhat narrow, making it difficult for larger vehicles to pass, but this wasn't a huge problem.

i found THE rooms were very clean. the breakfast included various options and tasted great.

one morning i discovered ants in the bathroom. also, the room only had one electrical outlet, inconvenient for charging devices.

Excellent Hotel Experience!

helpful staff cozy atmosphere hot water bottles

The staff were SO helpful with my luggage and provided coca tea upon arrival. A member of staff helped me carry my bags up the stairs! The hotel's cozy atmosphere offered nice views. The Standard Triple Room was heated each evening and included hot water bottles in the beds!!!
