I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff. the housekeeping staff was thorough and accommodating, meeting all my needs. both breakfast and dinner at the hotel were consistently excellent. The quality and variety of the options were amazing for a family.

the pool bar was not open at the start of the season. improvements to cocktails could be made.

the staff was very attentive and helpful at all times providing information when needed. i liked the responsiveness and professionalism i encountered as any issues or questions were promptly addressed.

The hotel features a new spa, which i found very relaxing on mornings with cloudy weather. the spa included various treatments. It was well maintained. the pool area offered sufficient sunbeds. It was generally clean and orderly.
