Really good Stay, Quality and Care!

genuine care comfortable bed

Olive at reception gave me genuine care. I needed a room change due to health issues, and she kindly accommodated it. This ensured my four-day stay for medical appointments was successful. The super comfortable bed also helped a lot.

My room was next to another room with an adjoining door. I heard every loud conversation clearly all night, even from 7 AM. This affected my sleep, and I found it quite disruptive.

Olive provided thoughtful service at reception and accommodated a room change due to my health needs. Tricia handled my departure with equal care. This level of attention made my medical appointments and work meetings much easier to manage.

Super clean and Convenient

friendly staff clean dishes espresso machine wireless chargers

The staff were very friendly and quick to respond both day and night. I found clean dishes and cookware provided, along with a dual hot plate. An espresso machine was available. Also a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and safe were there. Touch on and off bedside lights included wireless chargers built in, a very thoughtful detail.

Road noise was noticeable, and I also heard corridor noise sometimes.

The hotel is centrally located and easily accessible. I noticed the proximity to many food options (i love that it's easy to find dining locations). There is easy access to facilities and services that were close by and enhanced my experience.

Breakfast was served directly to the room, a system that worked surprisingly well. This delivery system ensured a private and relaxed start to the day. It added a unique touch to the stay, providing convenience without the need to visit a common dining area.

The room featured climate control. I could call the desk, and they remotely switched it to heat mode. Power blinds were installed, awesome for easy light adjustment. There were also two large TVs and two king beds, one in a separate room.

The reception was fabulous and provided considerable assistance. Staff members were helpful and polite. The team handled an extension of my stay smoothly. I was able to keep the same room, a great help.

convenient location helpful staff useful kitchenette awkward layout limited light bright light

i found the location very convenient for exploring. The staff was helpful when i needed assistance. The room had a kitchenette, a feature i used. I appreciated its utility.

the room layout felt a little awkward, to be honest. I noticed that natural light was limited because of the alley view. The microwave's bright blue light bothered me a bit at night. It really stood out.

I appreciated the location. It was close to restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was served in the room. I thought this would be weird but it actually worked surprisingly well.

The room was awkwardly shaped. The queen studio seemed ok for me, but would be very cramped for two. The bathroom was very small. I couldn't open the door fully. There was nowhere to put my bathroom bag other than the floor
