spacious room fresh room thorough cleaning dated decor sewer smell overflowing toilet

The most basic room felt spacious for my short stay. i found the room fresh without any smoking smell. the room cleaning was very thorough daily. That was nice.

The hotel is past its best decor wise. i smelled sewers in my room. also my toilet overflowed and leaked onto the bathroom floor. That was not ideal.

the location was in the city center. it was easy to walk to the bell tower.

the room was far too hot. i realize it was winter and heating was on but i struggled to sleep. it was like 30c in there.

dated decor sewer smell

the location was convenient for exploring the main attractions.

The decor definitely felt dated, and the room had a slight sewer smell, ew! even worse, the toilet overflowed and leaked onto the bathroom floor. Quite the unwelcome surprise. i expected better maintenance for the price, honestly.

hot room short walk

the staff were very helpful and friendly. the location was great , you can find many shops there for food and anything.

the room was terribly hot , i understand it is winter and the heating system is turned on but it is hard to sleep in a room at 30c. the walk to the subway was not that short. i believe the hotel should address these issues .

superb experience

attentive staff chinese dishes western dishes delicious meal

I stayed for several nights, and the experience was great. the staff was attentive. They always helped with a smile. breakfast included both chinese and western dishes. Plenty of seating existed. the koi restaurant was a nice addition. I had delicious meals there.

The deposit was a surprise. It takes up to two weeks to return. the rooms need a revamp because they are old.
