i found the staff very cute and helpful. the courtyard and pool area looked good and were very quiet. the hotel location was good too, i was able to walk easily to many sites. the restaurant food was yummy.

The room was a little dark. This was not a big issue because i spent very little time there, though the lighting could have been brighter.

the staff was super kind. the barman, ben, was passionate about his job (he was great!). our room and bathroom were great and i loved all the l'occitane toiletries in the bathroom. breakfast was very nice, especially the huge variety of fruits and pastries.

I upgraded to a beautiful room with balcony. the room was small. The wardrobe was tiny. the balcony was smaller still, even if there were two seats in the room to put on the balcony, they would not fit.

The breakfast assortment was wonderful, and i especially adored the fresh pastries. They were made with such care. the staff were helpful, always ready with a smile and directions. the decor was very cute, filled with lovely details and soft colors. the hotel was like a true escape.

the wardrobe in the room was a tiny bit too small for my liking, making it slightly difficult to organize all my clothes.
