The location was good, near shops and restaurants. My king room non-smoking was clean and spacious. The breakfast was buffet style. I found it sufficient.
the room seemed a bit dated, with furniture from the 1980s (i would have liked something more modern). The casino next door was quite noisy until late at night. This made it difficult to sleep before exhaustion took over.

The location was central. I easily walked to nearby museums. the included breakfast was great. i found the staff helpful, especially in the restaurant.

A gem in the city
really good transport easy excursion safe area
This hotel provided really good transport arrangements, assisting with my exploration of the area. Viator tours collected me directly from the hotel. This made excursions simple. The area felt safe, inviting walks to nearby restaurants and historic sites. The staff offered great care to customers.

i appreciate the hotels central location. its close to museums and parks. the breakfast offers great variety and is very delicious. the staff was helpful and spoke english, , made everything easier.
the casino next door was a bit loud at night. i could hear the music until late. it made it difficult to fall asleep early.

the location was definitely convenient for getting around. the breakfast included sufficient options (especially considering the price point). the staff were helpful with directions and recommendations. it made exploring the city easy.
the air conditioning unit in my room was quite noisy. it. i also found the lighting in the room too dim. it wasn't ideal for reading or working.

super central!
huge room ice machine
the hotel is super close to the main attractions.. plus, i loved that my room was huge at 32 metres. there was a microwave, fridge, and coffee machine in my room, so handy! i used the ice machine by the emergency exit too.
the rooms seem a little old and dark, i thought. i booked a junior suite, but i'm not sure i got that. the front desk didn't quite sort it out for me right away, so that was a bit annoying

i found this hotel located outside the mexico neighborhood. it is pretty convenient. a nice park is nearby, and behind it is the escalante neighborhood. you can easily find good food within walking distance.
