Skwachàys Lodge features 18 rooms uniquely designed by six Vancouver hotel designers partnered with Indigenous artists, creating art installations in each unit. Rooms include an opulent Hypnos bed, a 43" HD TV, free high-speed Wi-Fi, a writing desk, a fridge, and a microwave. They also provide hi-def cable, plush linens, hypoallergenic duvets, fluffy pillows, a cordless telephone with voicemail, and free North America long-distance calling. Ensuite bathrooms offer walk-in showers and Mother Earth Essentials bath products. Each room also has a tea kettle with Paisley Teas, fluffy bathrobes, and an iron with an ironing board. Rooms such as the King Salmon Room feature a pullout couch.

Skwachàys Lodge has a coffee shop/cafe. Wine is from NK'Mip Cellars Winery in the Okanagan Valley. A complimentary to-go breakfast is available.

Guests can explore the Dr Sun Yat Sen Classical Chinese Garden, the Cultural Centre, the Millennium Gate, the World's Narrowest Building, the Dynasty Bell, and the Jimi Hendrix Shrine. Skwachàys offers private Sweat Lodge Purification Ceremonies, led by a Sweat Lodge Keeper who adheres to Indigenous traditions, placing heated rocks in the Sweat Lodge, which is located in the rooftop garden.
