The front desk has staff available all the time. An ATM is conveniently located at the entrance. The bed offered great comfort. The bathroom was clean. I found parking easily in front of the building.

I noticed a slight issue with street noise even with the windows closed. It was noticeable but did not severely disrupt my sleep.

The receptionist provided really good help with directions. Breakfast included a varied selection of pastries. The restaurant offers an interesting menu, including Lebanese cuisine and the staff responded quickly to requests.

the room was spacious and the staff was helpful.

my initial room had a malfunctioning door i changed keycards at reception and the door still malfunctioned i was moved to a different room in the new part of the hotel even there the door malfunctioned once the toilet leaked sewage every time i used it

the premium double room was perfect. it was a good size and super clean, i love how clean everything was. complimentary water and coffee added a special touch. a dental kit was available, a detail i greatly appreciated after a long day.

the room faced a busy road so there was some noise. it quieted down later in the night though

the staff were friendly and happy. they welcomed us warmly, even when we arrived late. the check-in process took less than a minute because i had already provided the details online. this quick service allowed us to relax sooner.
