the king bed in my lanna junior suite was so comfy. breakfast had delicious scrambled eggs and coffee. it was very good. the staff helped me book an airport transfer, it was so nice of them.
i found dust around the edges of the room, it was not good.

The staff was quite attentive. They promptly addressed my requests, i found that amazing. the room's decor featured traditional elements, it had beautiful accents. the hotel's central location allowed easy access to many local shops. the hotel's atmosphere was calm.
During my visit, i noted the jacuzzi had a strange smell. It detracted from an otherwise relaxing experience. it was a real pity.

the room was super spacious and clean! i loved the free snacks and drinks in the fridge, a total bonus. being so close to the swimming pool seemed like having a private oasis, it was easy to just pop out for a quick dip anytime, so cool!
i found the noise insulation wasn't great, i could hear a lot from the hallway! i wish the doors were a bit more modern to block out the sounds

I adored the beautiful hotel. Our Luxury King Bed Spa Bath & Private Balcony room included a four-poster bed and colourful windows. The bathroom was very spacious with a wonderful spa bath! The staff were so kind, someone at reception helped arrange our cooking class and transport to our next destination. The breakfast had great choice, too. The pool offered a nice calm area.
Our room was right next to the stairs and it got noisy throughout the night with people going and coming. Above the door was a stained glass window that couldn't be covered so there was constant light coming into the room, which did make it hard to sleep.

The breakfast buffet provided a variety of options, and I found the food to be fresh and well-prepared. The dining area was bright, and the staff kept the buffet well-stocked. I appreciated the attention to detail. The restaurant also had an outdoor seating area, perfect for a relaxing morning.
