a tender escape
helpful staff convenient shuttle
the staff were kind. vin, dolphin, and ken were very helpful and attentive!!! the facilities were wonderful. i enjoyed the lovely pool area and the basic, but adequate, gym. a convenient shuttle bus provides transport to both the town center and the beach.
the air conditioning in the hotel, particularly on level 5, did not function well. this caused discomfort on the first night, with temperatures around 30 degrees celsius. i was moved to another room, but i discovered the safe was not working. that resulted in more disruption.

the hotel staff is very attentive and helpful, ensuring guests receive excellent care. they provide convenient transportation to the beach and market and offer assistance with travel arrangements.

The staff showed real care, and I appreciated their helpfulness. Even housekeeping was really helpful.
The payment process involved some steps. It was not particularly difficult, but not as streamlined as I would have liked.

Wonderful Stay with Really good Service
lovely staff fantastic team
The staff was lovely. Every team member was friendly. They remembered my name. I felt at home thanks to Flora, Snow and her team. The buffet breakfast offered many options.
The hotel is somewhat worn. The rooms need some refurbishment. I noticed some wear and tear in the room. Certain facilities could use a little maintenance.
