infinity pool attentive staff

The infinity pool provided amazing views!!! It felt surreal swimming above the forest canopy. The staff, especially Sachini and Lalith, offered exemplary service. Their attentiveness.

The hotel is a little distant from the city center, requiring a short drive.

oasis of tranquility

fine grounds super calm place

We began our trip with four nights here. It proved to be an excellent choice. the hotel boasts fine grounds and beautiful structures. the buildings blend well with the lush jungle and tea plantations. A restful place surrounds guests.

Dogs were present outside our balcony, they damaged our belongings. initially, staff seemed unfriendly. A goodwill gesture of complimentary breakfast followed the complaint. this was a downside during what was otherwise a wonderful experience.

The restaurant has a wide variety of dishes available. Both international and traditional sri lankan cuisine are options. breakfast and dinner are provided. A buffet selection is available with good options for non-meat eaters. meals were tasteful!

Staff is friendly. They constantly look after guests. staff is treated very well by the owners, it is evident. a naturalist offers complimentary guided walks around the grounds each morning. i appreciated the kind service!

Our room was spacious. it had everything i needed. A beautiful view enhanced the experience. each day, housekeeping provided perfect cleaning. Lovely decorative arrangements looked on the bed. the rooms were super clean!

The hotel sits in the middle of the forest, which makes it very peaceful. it is one hour by car from a nearby city. the hotel is surrounded by tea and spice plantations. A large territory expands in all directions.

buggey service convenient rooms morning mist destroyed stuff unfriendly staff disappointing experience

i really appreciate the buggey service it provided, particularly since i was traveling with someone who couldn't walk much. the rooms were also conveniently placed. i was so happy watching the rains and the morning mist progress over the estate.

there was dogs outside our balcony, i dont understand how they destroyed our things. the staff was not very friendly, and i did not enjoy that. i felt little disappointed.

spacious rooms walking safari

the grounds were immaculately maintained everywhere. rooms were spacious with all the amenities. i dined in the restaurant and the food was tasty the staff were helpful especially mr gunasekara who guided the walking safari.

dogs outside the balcony damaged some belongings.

The infinity pool has fine views. It offered a surreal experience. The free guided tour around the area was a must. I walked through tea gardens and forest paths.
