The Deluxe Queen provides a queen bed plus a private porch or deck. Standard King rooms include a king bed and a small balcony or deck. Deluxe King rooms have a king bed and a private porch, sundeck, or balcony. Poolside King Suites offer a king bed, living room, wet bar, and private deck or balcony. Standard Cottages come with a king bed, a queen bed in the loft, one bath, a living area, a wet bar, and a private porch. Deluxe Cottages include a king bedroom, a queen or king bed in the loft, one or two baths, a living area, a kitchenette or wet bar, and a private porch. The Mansion is a Victorian residence with Bahamian architecture near the largest pool and breakfast bar. Cottages have exposed Dade county pine, a wet bar, and porches with swings and rocking chairs. Select units include a seating area. Rooms include air conditioning, a TV, a minibar, tea and coffee facilities, and a safe deposit box.
