The staff felt wonderful, always there with a smile and prompt attention. I remember the doormen especially. They greeted me each time with genuine warmth and assistance. The rooftop pool and bar are great. I found a true escape after long days.

It began early in the morning, disrupting the quiet I longed for. I think a soundproof window would help.
