i found the location very convenient near city center it was easy to find. staff were nice always ready to help. parking in the hotel garage WAS a HUGE plus and i used it daily. the room felt spacious clean i enjoyed the stay so much

i did notice a small stain on one of the towels but it was very insignificant

I found MANY problems . first, the shower was not fixed properly. It was difficult to take a normal shower. also, normal soap and shampoo was not provided, AND kits WERE missing too. ventilation was noisy AND could not be turned off. that really annoyed me.

The hotel provides big underground parking. This service is free . A supermarket is next to the hotel , which i found helpful. The location is suitable , it is not far from the city center.

The room remained without cleaning for two days. No water or tissue were provided either. The air conditioning system was not effective , , made it hard to sleep.
