Location is good, close to the city centre. Underground parking is available.
The air conditioning did not function well. The room faced the sun for many hours, so it was hot and uncomfortable at night. The cleaning service was noisy.
check in was easy. my room was super clean. the beds were comfortable and had nice fresh linen sheets.
the shower leaked everywhere in the bathroom. i also found the filler in the sink was horrible and filthy.

Really good Stay Near the Palacio de Congresos!

The hotel's proximity to the Palacio de Congresos was AMAZING!!! The walk was only five minutes. The hotel staff accommodated our group's request for an earlier breakfast service. I found the city beautiful and easy to navigate by foot. The secure parking accommodated my motorcycle perfectly!

The room was spacious with adequate lighting. The bed linens felt comfortable, and the mattress provided excellent support. The bathroom had a rainfall shower and included two separate sinks. This helped streamline our morning routine.
