Really good Stay Near City Center

central location helpful staff pleasing decor superb selection

The hotel's location provided easy access to the city center. Staff assistance with underground parking was particularly useful. I found the hotel decor pleasing and bright. Breakfast included a superb selection of foods.

I noticed the restaurant only offered menu del dia and lacked a la carte options.

Excellent City Stay

clean room convenient location customer service

The hotel offered a very clean room with a comfortable bed and nice pillows. I found the location was close to the cathedral, restaurants, and shops. This was a plus. The staff provided excellent customer service at the reception, which I valued a lot.

The room's bathroom was too small. I noticed the mirror was tiny, and there was little light for shaving or makeup.

The hotel sits just outside the pedestrian area in the city center. A ten-minute walk took me to the heart of the city. Its central position is convenient. The bus terminal is very close too.

Breakfast offered a good choice of continental options and cooked dishes. The dining room was one area, and it had friendly service. The restaurant provides excellent value for money and delicious food.

early check-in clean room cool fridge faulty air conditioning fixed shower head inconvenient shower

i could leave my luggage before check-in, a whole two weeks early. the room was clean. the fridge kept my water cool.

the air conditioning did not work properly. it turned off every hour, so i had to restart it. the shower head was fixed and pointed against the glass.
