The hotel offered a very clean room with a comfortable bed and nice pillows. I found the location was close to the cathedral, restaurants, and shops. This was a plus. The staff provided excellent customer service at the reception, which I valued a lot.

The room's bathroom was too small. I noticed the mirror was tiny, and there was little light for shaving or makeup.

The hotel sits just outside the pedestrian area in the city center. A ten-minute walk took me to the heart of the city. Its central position is convenient. The bus terminal is very close too.

Breakfast offered a good choice of continental options and cooked dishes. The dining room was one area, and it had friendly service. The restaurant provides excellent value for money and delicious food.

i could leave my luggage before check-in, a whole two weeks early. the room was clean. the fridge kept my water cool.

the air conditioning did not work properly. it turned off every hour, so i had to restart it. the shower head was fixed and pointed against the glass.
