the staff at reception were really helpful, i will say that.
The black mold in the shower was disgusting! the room was also freezing when i got there. i had to wait hours for it to warm up. and to top it off, i couldn't even use the spa. You have to book in advance.

i found the room very super clean and cozy. the free parking garage was a plus. the breakfast was decent, and i appreciated the gym.
the air conditioning made a lot of noise at night even when it was off. it was impossible to sleep well. i woke up several times during the night and avoided room 655.
