Shiretoko Daiichi Hotel offers rooms in the West and Shizen Wings. The West Wing includes Special Japanese-Western Rooms (1013 and 913) with Sea of Okhotsk views, Japanese-Western Rooms (D-Type, E-Type, C-Type), Japanese Twins (smoking and non-smoking), and Japanese Rooms facing the Shiretoko hills and Sea of Okhotsk. The Shizen Wing is entirely non-smoking and features Special Japanese Rooms with wooden furnishings, Special Western Rooms with distinctive decor, Japanese-Western Corner Rooms, and Japanese-Western Rooms (A-Type, B-Type). All rooms provide a TV, refrigerator, complimentary safety deposit box, tea set, kettle, bath basket, and humidifier/air purifier (Plasmacluster). A hair dryer, yukata, toothbrush, face towel, bath towel, body soap, 2-in-1 shampoo & conditioner, and hand soap are also included.

Guests can choose from a buffet meal, a Japanese course meal at Hyokai Dining Hall, or in-room dining. Flavor Plaza Marusukoi serves over 80 Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes made with local ingredients. Options include hand-made sushi, tempura, seafood, and desserts. Hyokai Dining Hall offers creative Japanese cuisine from locally-sourced, seasonal ingredients. Marusukoi is open for dinner from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM (orders stop 15 minutes before closing) and for breakfast from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM (hours may vary depending on season).

The hotel is accessible via the Hokkaido Expressway (Paid / About 2 hours from Pippu Junction), the Asahikawa Monbetsu National Highway (Free / About 1 hour 30 minutes from Setose), and the Shari Bus/Shiretoko Airport Liner (About 2 hours from Memanbetsu Airport). Complimentary outdoor parking is available for 120 passenger vehicles and 10 buses.
