the staff was great and so helpful, i loved that! i especially appreciated diego and gerardo. borrowing a bike during the day to go along the beach road was so easy and fun. the little gym also allowed me to exercise when needed.

the breakfast menu stayed the same each day, and it wasn't super tasty! also, the hotel charged 180 pesos each day for service with the breakfast included. i'm from out of town, and i'm not used to always paying a service tax.

The cenote and surrounding decor created a sensational experience. A dj played music by the cenote and restaurant every day. The breakfast at Atta restaurant was delicious (I loved the coffee!). I took advantage of the cooking classes and tailored spa experience.

I noticed the jacuzzi wasn't as clean as I would expect.
