helpful staff convenient bike repetitive breakfast service charge

the staff was great and so helpful, i loved that! i especially appreciated diego and gerardo. borrowing a bike during the day to go along the beach road was so easy and fun. the little gym also allowed me to exercise when needed.

the breakfast menu stayed the same each day, and it wasn't super tasty! also, the hotel charged 180 pesos each day for service with the breakfast included. i'm from out of town, and i'm not used to always paying a service tax.

Really good Stay

relaxing vibe delicious breakfast tailored experience

The cenote and surrounding decor created a sensational experience. A dj played music by the cenote and restaurant every day. The breakfast at Atta restaurant was delicious (I loved the coffee!). I took advantage of the cooking classes and tailored spa experience.

I noticed the jacuzzi wasn't as clean as I would expect.

This is an amazing place near many dining options. The cenote is beautiful and relaxing. The rooms include everything a guest might need. Guests can also contact a personal assistant using WhatsApp for any additional requests.

The bar, stated to be open until 1 am, was often closed. Guests relied on the WhatsApp assistant service to contact staff and order drinks.

the hotel provided a very beautiful and spacious suite. the cenote was a standout feature, it was perfect for swimming. the staff was attentive and responded quickly via whatsapp (i found this very convenient).

i noticed the bar near the jacuzzi was not consistently open.

great location attentive staff clean room

The location was great. We were within walking distance of beach clubs and restaurants. The staff were very kind and attentive. The room was nice and spacious and clean. The yoga class was available on site and free.

I noticed mosquitoes around the hotel. I should have brought bug spray.
