fantastic beachfront stay!

great location amazing sunbeds perfect climate control

the location IS great. i could easily walk to the beach and enjoy the sunbeds. the common areas looked amazing!! there was climate control inside my unit, THAT helped a lot with the hot weather.

Ordering water was difficult! i texted but got no reply for two hours. It's hard to get water when you have a broken foot.

the oceanfront bungalow met my expectations for a perfect couple getaway.

The hotel staff lacked friendliness. When i arrived, i was like a number, not a valued guest. they barely smiled, and asked for a significant deposit, to cover possible sheet stains? this felt unwelcoming and set a negative tone for the stay.

The location was special. The surrounding nature provided a restful place. The front desk staff were helpful. They assisted us with directions to local attractions. The onsite car park was very convenient. It provided secure parking for our rental vehicle.

Our room did not receive service for four days. We needed to request new towels and sheets. This was essential due to the sand. We had to ask for coffee every day. It was supposed to be delivered to our room automatically.
