Sheraton Zhoushan Hotel offers 398 air-conditioned rooms with minibars and LCD televisions. Each unit includes a hot tub, flat-screen cable TV, dining area, minibar, ironing facilities, and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub, bathrobes, and slippers. Rooms feature heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a dressing area, soundproofed walls, free toiletries, an electric kettle, an AM/FM alarm clock, carpeted or parquet floors. Guests can select rooms offering different views from a private balcony including river, garden and pool view. Private bathrooms include deep soaking bathtubs and rainfall showerheads.

Guests can enjoy Chinese and Western cuisine at the property's 3 on-site restaurants. Buffet breakfasts are served on weekdays from 6:30 AM to 10 AM. There are also 2 bars/lounges for drinks.

The hotel is 20 km from Zhoushan Mount Putuo, a 30-minute drive from Putuo Mountain, and a 40-minute drive from Zhujiajian Island. Mount Putuo covers 13 square kilometers and is home to temples, monasteries, and convents. Landmarks nearby include Zhoushan Kuahai Bridge (1.5 km), Taohuadao (1.5 km), and Changshi Island (3.5 km).
