expensive valet high costs
The hotel has a perfect location near the pier and other attractions.
Valet parking seemed really expensive. It cost much more than parking at other luxury hotels I had stayed at earlier in my trip. I felt quite annoyed, because nobody warned me about the high costs at check-in.

The location of the hotel was ideal. The room offered a lovely view. The staff seemed very helpful .
The pool was rather small and lacked sufficient beds. I noticed the parking fee was very expensive. Customers from other rooms could easily see inside my room through the window. This lack of privacy made me uncomfortable.

The location was good. It was easy to get to the pier. The hotel also had a bright and open lobby. Checking in was quick.
Housekeeping never came, even though I asked. They promised a refund. I didn't get it. The staff didn't honor their commitment.

unfulfilled commitment expensive parking
Housekeeping never visited my room. i requested it daily. at checkout, staff promised a $90 refund. I completed their forms and exchanged emails. the refund never arrived. this lack of service and unfulfilled commitment is disappointing, the minibar lacked pricing. i found this inconvenient. also, the valet parking was quite expensive.

sparkling wine ocean view seafood restaurant
the staff greeted me with sparkling wine upon arrival. my room offered a view of the ocean and the warm sun on the patio. adriano, the concierge, secured a reservation at a great seafood restaurant within walking distance, i really enjoyed it.
during my stay, there was ongoing refurbishment in the lobby. i hope they prioritize guest comfort during such projects in the future.

Fantastic Hotel Near the Pier!

I enjoyed my 4 night stay. My room had a great balcony with a partial view. The hotel is located close to many attractions and restaurants! I liked the heated pool and the nearby jacuzzi.
The valet parking felt expensive. Though the location was perfect!
