superb hotel experience

i found the reception team professional. check-in was seamless. rooms were immaculate. housekeeping was consistent. the gym is modern and fully equipped. breakfast had great variety. the breakfast restaurant staff were attentive. bar staff were friendly. i found the bellboys efficient. valet personnel were courteous.
i found the water cans were from a company that supports occupation. this made me uncomfortable , as they support actions i do not agree with.

The reception team, including Mohammed As'ad and Qamar, ensured check-in was seamless. Housekeeping, specifically Ayman, maintained the rooms in immaculate condition. The gym is modern and fully equipped.
I found that some water cans were from a company that supports occupation. There was no parking except by the valet service. Some people prefer to drive their own cars (I am one of them).

I appreciated the efficient and friendly staff. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and public areas. The breakfast had many options and I found something to enjoy. The hotel also has a well-equipped gym with modern equipment.
I found the food options in the main restaurant to be limited. There was not enough variety for a longer stay. The valet parking was the only option, though it made accessing my car inconvenient. The invoice wasn't provided immediately, instead it was sent later.
