Acceptable Stay with a Few Issues

The staff was friendly enough there I must say.

The air conditioning emitted a bad smell consistently throughout my room I noticed . This made the room unpleasant to be in for extended periods, really annoying.

shuttle service nearby places english speaking staff

the shuttle service to the On Nut station ran hourly. i found many places to eat near the location. the staff spoke english fluently, not just a little. The ac system worked wonderfully.

i found only one hook for a towel in the bathroom. it was inconvenient.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel provides a convenient shuttle service to the BTS station and nearby malls. This service runs on schedule. The rooftop restaurant is gorgeous.

There was only a small pool with few sun loungers available.

The free shuttle to the sky train was EXTREMELY helpful. The staff provided really good service! The breakfast included many delicious options and fresh fruit.

The bathroom had limited space for toiletries.
