beautiful gardens really good breakfast helpful staff
The gardens were beautiful and the pool was refreshing. The breakfast was really good (i especially loved the variety). The staff throughout the hotel, from the front desk to housekeeping, were polite and helpful.
The air conditioning in my room worked only slightly.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices. I enjoyed both european and nepalese dishes. The staff were very helpful with my request for a late check-out. I also found the front desk staff very efficient at currency exchange, THAT was really convenient.
The fitness centre needs more equipment. I noticed only three cardio machines were available. The air conditioning in my room was not effective. The soap and shampoo provided were of low quality.

A Good Palace Stay!

Breakfast was AMAZING!!! It included many diverse options to satisfy any craving. The helpful staff swiftly arranged a taxi, allowing me to explore the city. They even accommodated an early check-in at 9:00 am.
The fitness center requires an upgrade. The equipment felt old and lacked variety. I only saw three cardio machines, limiting workout options.

The room featured an comfortable duvet. I felt wonderful. Showers were powerful. This feature provided excellent, hot water. The room was well-appointed. This added to the luxurious feel.

The swimming pool looked fabulous. It provided relaxation under the sun. The garden area was splendid. The greenery offered a peaceful retreat. I saw an ancient palace feel. The beautiful setting enriched my experience.

The staff members were always friendly. I want to thank Sunil and Ram Sharan. These guys helped prepare breakfast with such care. These staff members are the face of the hotel. I hope the management appreciates them.
