clean room comfortable bed obstructed view missing receipt

the room was clean the bed was comfortable. the hotel has a good restaurant and a nice atmosphere. i found that they offered complimentary bikes for exploring the area

we booked a room with a sea view but received a view of a building's roof this was disappointing as i paid extra for a sea view. the staff did not offer a receipt upon check-in i had to request one
