Very nice Stay Near Brooklyn Bridge!

convenient location spacious room useful shower head
The location was super convenient. I found many attractions within walking distance and a convenience store nearby. My room was HUGE and super clean. The bathroom had two sinks and a very useful shower head with a spiraling rotation. The spiraling rotation was useful for rinsing.
The phone in the room was confusing. It took some time to figure out how to make calls. It would be nice if the hotel provided clearer instructions.

warm welcome spacious room clean space mildew smell poor view balcony room
the staffs here gave a warm welcome. seemed like i were talking to friends. my room were wonderful, and spacious for somewhere. i enjoyed the cleanliness of the space.
i booked a room with a balcony on a higher floor. it were at a premium rate. upon entering, i were hit with a mildew smell. the window were blocked by peak outdoors. the patio it self had not great views.

fantastic stay!

great view comfy bed really good staff
the location is spot on. we had great views. the area felt quieter, so we actually got a good night's sleep (helped by the super comfy bed!). the staff were really good. we felt at home.
i booked one room and got there and your hotel gave my room away.

excellent stay near brooklyn bridge

efficient process separate sinks rainfall shower discount hotel
i found the check-in process efficient. my assigned beautiful front street king room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. a parking lot close to the hotel provided a discount with the hotel stamp on the claim check.
the water took quite a long time to get warm , which was slightly inconvenient.

the location near brooklyn bridge was convenient for sightseeing. there is a market nearby to get morning coffee. pier 17 is also within walking distance , useful if you are attending a concert.

spacious rooms modern decor great shower seaport area
i found the rooms spacious. the modern decor felt really warm. the shower was a plus. exploring the seaport area near i never done before, was such a treat to do.
the stairs between elevators needed railings really, it was a slight safety concern.

the room was large and comfortable. the shower was also great.
I booked one room, but the hotel gave it away (what a start!). the chair in the room was damaged. there wasn't even a coffee station. Motels offer that.
