the staff were helpful. i found the location convenient. it was a good walking distance to the nearest subway entrance (.. ) multiple attractions were super close. i appreciated that.
my room lacked privacy. there was an air conditioner installed in the window. small windows were vertical to the air conditioner and not covered. this deprived us of privacy.

The location is very convenient with easy access to many attractions. The staff stored my bags before check-in and after check-out. My room had a very spacious bathroom. The hotel offered an iron when I asked.
The air conditioning unit made a bit of noise.

The staff were friendly. the location was also great. It was about a 10-minute walk to everything i needed, especially times square and pier 83. the bed was large and comfortable, and the room was spacious enough for my needs.
the lighting in the room was very inadequate. the air conditioning was barely there. although the hanging unit worked, i would have preferred a closed wardrobe because it fell over frequently i found it inconvenient
