the room had wooden floors and tiles in the bathroom, a detail i noticed immediately. a good shower space was provided. the air conditioning system worked well. breakfast had basic options but it was still really good. the reception service was efficient.
the sound insulation wasn't very good, i could hear corridor noise.

the room it was so clean and modern. i appreciated that is was central to everything. staff are real friendly also. the room where i stayed was very comfortable and beautiful.
the room i got was at the back which was really noisy. it was like i was constantly near some machinery roaring from the units at the back. the bathroom door dont close right and the safe wasnt working either.

the location was fantastic for exploring the city. the staff was friendly and always ready to help. i had a very very comfy and tidy room (i could not ask for more). the daily replenishment of coffee and tea capsules was an excellent touch.
the room i had was smaller than expected, made moving around a bit challenging, especially with two people (it's not a big deal, just something to consider).

the location was great with easy access to the metro network at times square. fifth avenue was very close , , made walking around very convenient. staff were friendly and helpful. they held my bags after check-out until i needed to go to the airport.
sound insulation was not good , i could hear people in the corridor and doors slamming loudly. i also heard some kind of alarm going off either from the room next door or outside. this happened all night.

the location is super great i could walk to several attractions easily. the breakfast was also really good it had tea coffee juices pastries cereal milk eggs bacon and yogurt. the room had all the necessary equipment like a safe fridge coffeemaker hangers hairdryer enough towels shampoo shower gel and soap i found that awesome

The breakfast was good.
The room was not soundproofed well. I could hear loud noises from the corridor and other rooms. An annoying blinking light on a sensor kept me awake, and the bathroom door did not fully close, so there was no privacy.

the location was fine, close to many places like the empire state building and times square.
The room i had was very small. Opening luggage was difficult and there was no wardrobe. the bathroom and shower were also tiny with no shelves. the sound insulation was bad so i heard people in the corridor and other rooms slamming doors loudly.
