EXCELLENT stay

great location spacious room bay view friendly staff

The location IS superb, near the beach. My room was spacious with facilities for coffee and tea. The rooftop restaurant provided amazing bay views, a GREAT place for breakfast. Staff members were always friendly and polite.

I encountered very slight noise from the street outside at night, only sometimes noticeable.

central location is great

central location clean room

the hotel sits right in the center of everything including restaurants and shops. my room was spacious and very clean i also appreciate that the aircon was strong. the bed and pillows were sooo comfortable allowing for a restful sleep after exploring.

the breakfast buffet was not great they should train the staff better. they were not attentive to guests needs and seemed more interested in socializing amongst themselves. it was hard to get their attention to order an omelette and the buffet table wasn't properly stocked with glasses or cups.

the cafe is located on the sixth floor, it has amazing three hundred sixty views of the surroundings. mountains and sea views are visible from the dining area. breakfast is either plated or buffet style.

the hotel is located in town proper close to everything. restaurants bars and the boat tour port are very close. convenience stores and the catholic church are also nearby.

the lift worked all time. it was acceptable.

the breakfast disappointed me. the buffet was not open, so guests could not serve themselves. everything was behind glass, and i had to ask the staff for what i wanted. i prefer to serve myself.

the location was very convenient for getting around. the views from the rooftop restaurant were lovely i could see the sea. the hotel was very clean including the pool and the reception area. every member of staff was helpful they went out of their way to assist me.
