The restaurant serves Valle D'Aosta traditional platters, managed by Silvana, Azzurra and Leonardo. Chef Azzurra uses products from the hotel's 1,000 square-meter vegetable garden. The hotel serves compotes, jams, and Valle d'Aosta apple juice from the family's artisan business Alpenzu. The Winery features Aosta Valley products and national labels. Breakfast includes organic products. The Bar offers cafeteria service, wines, drinks, and a food menu from 7:30 AM to 1:00 AM (midnight in summer).
