Scilla Maris Charming Suites offers six contemporary rooms and suites near Noto. All guestrooms include air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a mini-bar. Rooms feature premium bedding, a sitting area, a dressing area and furnished patios. Bathrooms provide complimentary toiletries, bathrobes and a sink. Some rooms include a private entrance and an electric kettle. The interiors feature a large bathtub in cement tiles, ancient stone shower pitch, a king-size carved in stone, luxurious fabrics and furnishings. Some rooms have views of the landscaped pool area and come with a private outdoor area with pergola.
Cuisine at Scilla Maris
The Scilla Maris restaurant serves dishes reflecting Sicilian tradition and Mediterranean flavors. The Datterino restaurant offers local cuisine. Tradition, raw materials, fruits and vegetables at zero miles, make the restaurant a point of reference in the gourmet options of the whole area. Signature dishes include prawns served with deep-fried cappelli degli angeli pasta and risotto of smoked bayleaf and swordfish scented with orange and lemon. Breakfast features cut fruit, fresh whole fruit, artisan yogurt, homemade cakes, croissants, and fig jam. There is also the option of a five-course tasting menu.

Scilla Maris Charming Suites has a pool created within the ruins of a 16th-century grape-crushing building. The resort also offers free use of bicycles. Guests can take advantage of a free breakfast buffet, a poolside bar, and a rooftop terrace. Vendicari nature reserve is suitable for sunbathing, swimming, walking and bird-watching. Fans of the Inspector Montalbano television series can spot film locations. The dry Mediterranean garden features indigenous aromatic plants like absinthe, lavender, myrtle, sage, and rosemary, contrasting with the pale limestone pavement.
