Rooms with a view

Schatzalp Hotel offers rooms with mountain and forest views. Options include sunny double rooms, single rooms, and spacious chalets and villas. Rooms feature heating and free Wi-Fi. Chalets have one living room, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. Villas include one living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Bathrooms offer complimentary toiletries. Some rooms include a seating area and a balcony with sun loungers. Each room is individually furnished in neo-classical style, Art Nouveau style, or with local Arven (Swiss stone pine) wood.

Onsite Dining Options

Schatzalp Snow & Mountain Resort has 4 onsite restaurants with local and international cuisine. Two eateries are on the Slow Mountain. Herbs from the botanic garden feature in many meals. Guests can enjoy set lunch menus, Grisons specialities, aromatic coffee, home-made cakes, cheese and Mediterranean specialities in the evening. Fine cuisine of head chef Antonello Piseddu is available. There is also the Panorama Restaurant, which has 13 Gault-Millau points. Fine cuisine is served in the Belle Epoque dining hall and on the Snow Beach terrace. The cosy rustic mountain restaurant offers Swiss hospitality with a sunny terrace, open from 12:00 to 14:30 Uhr.

Skiing and Activities

Guests can enjoy ski-in/ski-out access, downhill skiing, and ski storage. There is a playroom, playground, winter sledge run, summer sledge trail and geo-caching. The so-called Slow Mountain opens only when there is enough natural snow. Guests can choose from 5 ski areas: Jakobshorn, Parsenn area, Pischa, Madrisa and Rinerhorn family areas. The hotel also features a sauna.

Schatzalp Hotel is above Davos, Switzerland and 3 km from Davos Dorf and 100 km from St. Gallen-Altenrhein. It is reached with its own private funicular.
