restrictive breakfasthigh prices
The breakfast hours felt restrictive, ending at 10:30 am. IT IS difficult to sleep later while on vacation. I found it stressful when staff told me at 10:20 am that I only had 10 minutes left to get food. prices seemed TOO high, especially the 6€ cappuccino.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful . i particularly appreciated the shuttle service to fira offered multiple times a day. the pool area was quite relaxing and well kept, a beautiful place to unwind. i enjoyed the cocktails at the bar. They were expertly prepared.
i found the selection of english-speaking tv channels limited.

The breakfast selection had diverse flavors, with new recipes daily. the restaurant's steaks were excellent. The evening ambiance in the restaurant was superb. i was impressed with breakfast staff victoria. She provided excellent service.

the hotel is located a short scooter ride from the center of fira. there is also a free shuttle to fira offered every few hours. the hotel is in a quiet secluded area, a bit away from the hustle.

the hotel boasts a large pool and a bar with well-made cocktails. the spa offered a relaxing massage and facial experience. the premises feature a nice pool with perfect views and a comfortable atmosphere.

The family suite was lovely and impeccably clean. It had comfortable interiors. the bathroom included a massive bathtub that was great. hard working cleaners ensured rooms stayed very clean. I appreciated this attention to detail.
