my room had a smartTV. it also included comfortable beds. breakfast offered a wide variety of breads, cakes, and pastries. I was very happy with this.

the aircONDITION was not working in my room. there was no mosquito protection at the windows. the pool was closed. I found this disappointing.

unhelpful staff swim cap

the breakfast was quite good with a lot of options available.

The pool required swim caps. I've never seen that before at a holiday pool. also, the hotel staff were not very helpful when i needed information. it reminded me of pulling teeth to get any assistance.
