the location is unbeatable! the breakfast had so much variety and every staff member was very helpful, it reminded me of a five star experience (i really loved how attentive everyone was!). i appreciated the warm welcome and quick check in process.

i paid extra for a room with a view, however, my room looked straight into a busy carport building, so i had to keep the blinds closed the whole time.

The hotel boasts an unbeatable location right in the heart of the area, with easy access to the mall. It's attached to it. this makes it convenient for shopping and dining. mandela square is also really close with easy access through the mall.

every staff member i encountered was very helpful, always going the extra mile. i really appreciated the thoughtful porters who offered water upon arrival. the check in process was quick and easy (that's what i want!).

the room was spacious and well appointed. the bed was super comfortable! the bathroom was also spacious with modern fixtures. it was sparkling clean with all details unleashed, ensuring a relaxing and comfortable environment, i felt amazing.

The location allowed EASE of access to the mall. Breakfast included a good choice of menu items. The coffee was also good. I found the rooms to be spacious and clean.

Check in took OVER 45 minutes. The room was not ready. The air conditioning was not working, and it took two hours for someone to come. I found the shower leaked and flooded the passage.

noisy generator

A very noisy generator ran during a power outage one night and the windows were not soundproofed. i did not sleep well as a result. the breakfast service was also poor. My meal had ingredients that i specifically requested to be omitted. the staff addressed the issue with apologies but it still impacted my experience.
