“An adults-only playground on a prime slice of Riviera Maya beachfront, this all-inclusive resort presents a mixed bag. While the location impresses with its proximity to Playa del Carmen, some reports reveal significant service and hygiene issues, which is a concern. I'd say proceed with caution, weighing the convenience against potential drawbacks.”
