The hotel's restaurant serves a selection of contemporary Brazilian cuisine. The menu includes a vegetarian bean burger with avocado, onions, chips, and homemade ketchup. The breakfast is particularly impressive, with original, delicious, and often lighter takes on the average buffet, featuring tasty green juices, sweet, fresh fruit, homemade cakes and pastries, and eggs and tapioca pancakes cooked to order, plus plenty of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options.
