The staff were very helpful with transport arrangements to buddha park and the airport. It was so simple. i had an early flight, and they made sure i had breakfast before i left, even though the restaurant was not open yet. the rooms are amazing and the location is superb, near the night market and many restaurants.

the extra charge for using a credit card before check-in was a little surprising, since i was meant to pay at the hotel.

The staff were very polite and helpful, always attentive to guest needs and requests. It was a pleasure. their friendliness enhanced my stay a lot, and they offered great recommendations for local spots.

the breakfast buffet offered a splendid variety of dishes. it had both lao and western options and it was a meal in itself! the hotel provided a private car for airport transfers and city exploration. the driver was safe and courteous.

my room was facing the street, and it got a bit noisy at times.
