Hotel De Sal Luna Salada, located 30 km from Joya Andina in Colchani, Bolivia, is constructed almost entirely from salt blocks. The sound-proof hotel rooms feature a telephone, private bathroom, work desk with lamp, chair, electric outlet, and a safe that fits a laptop. Rooms are equipped with either a queen bed or two twin beds, plus pillows. The twin rooms feature air conditioning, soundproof walls, parquet floors, a safe deposit box, and views of the lake. Guests in all rooms are welcomed with complimentary bottled water upon arrival.
Bolivian and Global Cuisine
Tunupa Restaurant serves Bolivian and international cuisine. The wine cellar features vintages from all over the country. The chefs pair traditional ingredients and authentic Andean flavors. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A complimentary hot breakfast is served, including eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, yogurt, juice, pastries, and fruit.
