I found the staff to be cute and helpful. Federico provided useful local information, particularly about transport. the hotel's central location was very convenient for accessing shops and the ferry terminal. i appreciated the varied breakfast, especially the fresh fruit each morning. the lift was very useful.

My only very slight concern was the basic nature of the single room. A kettle or hairdryer would enhance the experience.

The location was perfect for exploring the lake and town. It was very accessible. the owner was always available (which i found very helpful) for any assistance we needed. the rooms were clean, and i enjoyed having breakfast on the hotel.

The room i stayed in was quite small and basic. I had to borrow a hairdryer from the reception.

The hotel is situated on a picturesque, narrow italian street near the city center (it is only a couple minutes from the port). nearby, there are various shops, cafés, and restaurants. The area is very walkable. i enjoyed the central position.
