Each suite provides ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, garden furniture, bathtub, free toiletries, and cookware. In-room entertainment includes AM/FM alarm clocks and CD players. Direct dial telephones are also available.

Big Bamboo Bayside, the poolside bar and grill at Sailport, serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu includes fish tacos, BBQ, Cuban sandwiches, and burgers.
